Do credits roll over?

Yes. Credits from subscriptions and one-time purchases accumulate in one balance and stay there until you spend them.

Am I charged when there is no match?

Yes. A no-match report documents that the VIN is absent from the indexed dataset as of the report date. That answer is the product. Checking the same VIN again later costs nothing.

Can I mix a subscription with bought credits?

Yes. Bought credits add to the same balance. Subscription credits arrive each cycle; bought credits arrive at purchase.

How long do reports stay available?

Starter keeps reports for 2 months, Pro for 6, Dealer for 12. Without a plan the window is 30 days. Re-running a VIN you already paid for is free and restarts its window.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan runs to the end of the paid period. After that, credits already granted stay on your balance and keep working from the dashboard. API access and CSV export end with the plan, and report retention reverts to the 30-day window.

Which plans include the API?

Pro and Dealer. Starter and one-time credits are dashboard only. API lookups draw from the same credit balance as dashboard searches.
