Creating an account or using Dromos in any way means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
VIN lookup reports covering rental-platform match status, trip count, market, listing period, and vehicle identity, sourced from publicly available or licensed listing data. Results reflect our dataset at the time of the search. A no-match result means the VIN was absent from our dataset on the report date. It is not a guarantee the vehicle was never rented anywhere.
Each new VIN lookup costs one credit and produces a report, match or no match. Credits from subscriptions and packs accumulate in one balance and roll over between cycles. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and API token.
Dromos is for lawful personal, commercial, and research use. You may not:
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance. Cancel any time; access runs through the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds for unused time. Credit pack purchases are final. Believe a charge is an error? Contact us within 14 days.
Dromos is provided as is, with no express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Treat a report as one verified input in your evaluation, not the sole basis for a decision.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Dromos and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including purchase decisions made in reliance on lookup results.
These terms may change. Continued use after changes are posted is acceptance. Active subscribers are notified of material changes by email.
