Account creation stores your email address and any name you provide. Each VIN lookup stores the VIN, the result, and a timestamp against your account so your search history works. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are kept for security and debugging. Cookies are used for session management and authentication only.
Payment card details never touch our servers; Stripe handles all billing. We run no advertising analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party ad scripts.
To operate the service: authenticate you, process lookups, keep the credit ledger accurate, and send transactional email such as receipts and password resets. Aggregated statistics (total vehicles indexed, total trips recorded) are published without any path back to an individual user or search.
Your personal information and search history are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. No exceptions.
Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, personal data leaves our systems only when the law requires it.
Account data and search history persist while your account is active. Delete your account and personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated records may be retained indefinitely.
Export your search history as CSV from your account at any time. Request deletion by contacting us; requests are processed within 30 days.
